Wrong Product Selection: If you accidentally select the wrong product during the purchase process, you may cancel your order before it ships.

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: Prior to dispatch, you have the option to cancel your order. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellations will be entertained.
